Hahu is software delivered online. Nothing is shipped, and there are no physical goods.

When you get access

• Free trial: starts the moment you connect Gmail and Slack.
• Paid subscription: active immediately after your payment succeeds. You'll get a confirmation by email.

Where it works

Hahu works anywhere you can use Gmail and Slack. You only need an internet connection.

If something isn't working

If your payment went through but Hahu isn't active, write to hello@heyhahu.com and we'll sort it out within 2 working days.
