Refunds & Cancellation

In short: try Hahu free for 2 weeks with no card. After that it's US$20 a month. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-used months.

Free trial

The 2-week trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If you don't subscribe, Hahu simply stops when the trial ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Hahu account, or by writing to hello@heyhahu.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. Hahu keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Refunds

Monthly payments are not refunded, in full or in part, once a billing month has started.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the extra amount in full.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Write to hello@heyhahu.com with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. We reply within 2 working days.
