These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Hahu. By connecting your Gmail or using Hahu, you accept them.

Hahu is a product of Foodhero Tech Private Limited (CIN U74110MH2015PTC270052), a company registered in India with its registered office at B2201, 22nd Floor, Imperial Heights, Behind Oshiwara Goregaon Depot, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400104, Maharashtra, India. In these pages, “Hahu”, “we” and “us” mean Foodhero Tech Private Limited.

What Hahu does

Hahu reads incoming email in your connected Gmail account and, for each message, either alerts you in Slack, marks it read, unsubscribes you, moves it to spam, labels it, or includes it in a summary sent at 9 AM and 6 PM. It learns from your corrections.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You need a Gmail or Google Workspace account and a Slack account.
• You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to connect.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your accounts secure.

Permission to act on your email

You allow Hahu to read your email and take the actions above on your behalf. Hahu asks for your approval before any important action, and anything it does can be undone for 30 days. Hahu will sometimes get a decision wrong. You remain responsible for your inbox, and we recommend you glance at your summaries.

Free trial

New users get 2 weeks free, with no card required. When the trial ends, Hahu stops handling your email unless you subscribe.

Subscription and payment

• Hahu costs US$20 a month, billed monthly in advance through Razorpay.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Your bank may add currency conversion or international transaction fees.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price.

Acceptable use

Don't use Hahu to break the law, send spam, access accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your email stays yours. We use it only to provide Hahu, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Hahu running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. If we ever discontinue Hahu, we will give you at least 30 days' notice.

Limitation of liability

Hahu is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed or mishandled email, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Hahu and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections on liability, data and governing law survive the end of the agreement.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Hahu afterwards means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
